UNIREX N 3 meets the requirements of Lubricating Grease DIN 51825 - K3N - 20L and ISO L-XBDHA 3.

UNIREX N 2 is recommended for the lubrication of electric motors. It is suitable for NEMA (National Electric Manufacturer's Association) Insulation Class A, B, and F motors.

Balmerol Liprex EP are Lithium soap based greases containing Extreme Pressure (EP) additives for enhanced load bearing capacity. These greases are formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils and are fortified with balanced Oxidation and Rust Inhibitors. Balmerol Liprex EP greases possess excellent shear stability under heavy duty service, have excellent water tolerance and are adaptable to normal grease dispensing systems including centralized lubrication systems. It meets IS: 7623-1993 (EP Type) and IPSS: 1-09-005 specification.

Description:
Shell Gadus S2 V220 greases are high quality multipurpose, extreme-pressure greases based on a blend of high viscosity index mineral oils and a lithium hydroxystreate soap thickener and contain extreme-pressure and other proven additives to enhance their performance in a wide range of applications. Shell Gadus S2 V220 greases are designed for multipurpose grease lubrication of rolling element and plain bearings as well as hinges and sliding surfaces such as those found in throughout most industrial and transport sectors.

• Outstanding load carrying capacity Shell Gad us 52 V220 greases contain special extremepressure additives which enable them to withstand heavy and shock loads without failure of the lubricant film. 
• Improved mechanical stability This is particularly important in vibrating environments where poor mechanical stability can lead to grease softening with subsequent loss of lubrication performance and leakage. 
• Good resistance to water wash-out Shell Gadus S2 V220 greases have been formulated to offer resistance to water wash-out.

• Anti- corrosion protection Shell Gadus S2 V220 greases have an affinity with metal and have the ability to protect bearing surfaces against corrosion, even when the grease is contaminated with water. 

Main Applications 

• Heavy duty bearings and general industrial lubrication.
• Heavy duty plain and rolling element bearings operating under harsh conditions including shock loading in wet environments.
• Operation over the temperature range -20°C to 100°C for bearings operating at 75% of the maximum rated speed (Can withstand up to 120°C intermittently).

Health, Safety & Environment 

• Health and Safety Shell Gadus S2 V220 Grease is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when properly used in the recommended application and good standards of personal hygiene are maintained. 
• Avoid contact with skin. Use impervious gloves with used oil. After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. Guidance on Health and Safety is available on the appropriate Material Safety Data Sheet. 
• Hydraulic Brake Rubber Components Care should be taken to ensure that the grease does NOT come into contact with hydraulic brake rubber components.

Description Centoplex 3 are multi-purpose greases based on oxidation-resistant mineral oils and lithium soap. They meet the rolling bearing grease requirements according to DIN 51825 K. Due to the good resistance to working under normal temperatures and loads these greases can be used for longterm lubrication. The more viscous CENTOPLEX of NLGI grade 3 is to be used for bearings with inclined or vertical shafts or insufficiently sealed bearings.

Castrol Molub-Alloy™ 777-2 ES grease is designed for very heavy duty service in adverse environments. It is blended and compounded to withstand heavy and shock loading, commonly found in the mining, construction and offshore industries. Molub-Alloy 777-2 ES grease is made using a blend of high quality petroleum oils, polymers and a proprietary blend of Molub-Alloy lubricating solids. These lubricating solids work synergistically with chemical anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP) additives to reduce contact temperatures and wear while providing the ultimate in extreme pressure and shock load anti-weld protection. This blend together with a shear stable thickening system provides a uniquely effective seal against loss of grease or contamination from the atmosphere, even where mechanical seals may be damaged. Rust and oxidation inhibiting characteristics are maximised to afford effective rust protection and long life of the grease. Molub-Alloy 777-2 ES is a Bucyrus certified grease (with lubricating solids <5% by weight and <10μm max particle size).

Castrol Tribol™ Gr 100 Pd (Previously Called Longtime™ Pd) is a Range of Lithium Based Greases Containing Highly Refined Mineral Oils, Enhanced With the Microflux Trans (Mft) Additive System. The Mft Additive Technology Provides Optimum Wear Protection and an Extremely Low Coefficient of Friction Even Under Extremes of Pressure, Vibration, Shock Loads, at High or Low Speeds or Varying Micro-smoothing of the Friction Surfaces. Under Severe Load, Components of the Mft Additive Combination Are Activated, Initiating an Improvement of Surface Friction Characteristics Through Plastic Deformation. The Products of That Organic Reation Become a Component of the Tribopolymer System.
